Aditya Bhave is a managing director and head of U.S. Economics Research for BofA Global Research. He takes the lead in formulating the U.S. Economics team’s broad macro outlook, with a focus on Fed policy and the U.S. consumer. Aditya writes the widely read monthly BofA on USA report, as well as other thematic research. He has been quoted in various financial news publications and is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV and CNBC.

Previously, Aditya was a U.S. economist and rates strategist at Deutsche Bank. He earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Amherst College. He is based in New York.
